The Marblehead Democratic Town Committee (MDTC) consists of 35 elected members plus associate members. There is no limit on the number of associate members. The names of candidates running for full membership appear on the Presidential ballot every four years. Associate members are elected by MDTC members. There is no limit on the number of associate members. Although members may support different Democratic candidates during the primaries, we come together to support the final nominees.

MDTC Meetings are usually held on the fourth Monday of the month at the Marblehead Community Center.

[Did you know? We send MDTC members every year to serve as delegates to the MA State Democratic Convention. Watch the video below for scenes from the 2018 Convention.]

Democratic town committees are governed by the MA State Democratic Party, the Secretary of State’s office, the Office of Campaign and Political Finance, and our own bylaws.
